She is survived by: her husband La Vern Kleman; her parents, Woodrow Cates and Estelle Cates; her sister Debra Smith; her son Kelly Cooper (David Garofalo); her brother Rodney Cates (Randa); her nephew Trevor Cates (Amber); and her niece Kameron Rogers (Garrett).
