He is survived by: his wife Linda Burgess (Huie); his children, Michael Burgess of Bald Knob and Kristi Burgess of Maumelle; his grandchildren, Nikki Burgess of Bald Knob, Scott Burgess and Sarah Milholen of Fayetteville; his great grandchild McKinley Golden of Bald Knob; his sister Katie O'Neal of Starkville, Mississippi; and his brother-in-law Dan Huie of Clinton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins; former students and friends.
