He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray DeMastes and Ola Faye Haynes; his daughter Stacey; his wife Mary DeMastes; his stepfather Cecil; and his siblings, Carolyn, Peggy and Kenny.
He is survived by: his children, Johnnie Jr. and Derhonda; his siblings, Charlie, Doug and Wanda Faye; his grandchildren, Brianna, Colvin, Daniel, Tristin, Mary and Johnnie; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Jayden, Charlie, Kenleigh and Colvin III. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
