It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Williams of Clinton, Arkansas, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Williams and Mildred Williams (Privitt) of Shirley, Arkansas.; his wife Dolores Jo Blair of Leslie; his son Charles "Chick"; and his grandson Matthew.

He is survived by: his close friend Doris Chandler of Clinton; his sister Jackie Maxwell of Benton; his children, Dale Williams, Brett Williams (Bridgett) of Clinton and Kim Bittle of Heber Springs; and his grandchildren, Trey Stanfield (Brittaney), Shannon Williams, Brad Bittle (Micaela), Rebecca Clark (Clay), Dustin Williams (Lacey), Parker Williams and Austin Bittle.

“Dale, Kim and Brett: This is so coincidental that I learned of your dad's death today. I was actually looking for Chick's obituary. As I was going through some files this morning, I found the organ recovery article"To Remember Me" that was read at Chick's funeral. Your mother sent me a copy shortly after. Your mom and dad always welcomed us kids as we and Chick wandered around the neighborhood trying to get a ball game up. He was a good role model for us Clintonites. I'm sorry for your loss.”
