With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jackie Harbour of Clinton, Arkansas, born in Magnolia, Arkansas, who passed away on April 10, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Harbour and Marie Harbour (Martin); his brother Mike; and his son Joseph Shaine Harbour Walker. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Harbour; his daughter Stacy Castillo (Raul); his grandchildren, Zachary (Jessica), Candace, Tiger and Cera; his great grandchild Teeny; his daughter Carlyn Renee Rockett (Travis); his grandson Joe Sky; his daughters, Amber and Taylor; his grandchildren, BJ, Karina, Bryston, Kelly and Gracie; and his great grandchildren, Kadien, Payton and Liam. He is also survived by numerous loving cousins, a multitude of loving family members, and friends.
