She is survived by: her son Richard Maddox (Ricky); her grandchildren, Donnie Farmer (Ashley), Tonia Robbins (Gilbert), Jo McPherson (Randy), Paul Maddox (Amber) and Bo Williams (Sabrina); and her brother Fred L. Johnson of Jacksonville. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren.
