He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Harlan and Wanda Alice Weatherly (Gray); his brother Charles; and his wife Corrine Kay Weatherly (Biehl). He is survived by: his sister Sharon Leibhart of Broken Bow, Nebraska; his children, Terri Weatherly, Karena DeYoung (Kenny), Daniel Weatherly (Shawna) and Denise Weatherly-Green (Chris); his grandchildren, Barrett McKnight, Colton Weatherly, Jacob DeYoung, Taylor Bowman (Braden), Parker Weatherly (Audrey), Collin Weatherly (Kelsey), Allison Miller (Logan), Corrina Weatherly, Kathrena Weatherly, Logan Green and Graycie Green; and his great grandchildren, Maxwell McKnight, Mia Weatherly and Asher Weatherly.

Memorials may be made to the Van Buren County Fair Association Corrine Weatherly Memorial Scholarship fund.
