He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Waller (Sturch); his children, Phillip Price, Sr. of Clinton and Beverly Sturch of Batesville; his grandchildren, Randy Nicholson, Jr. (Katie Bailey), Chris Nicholson, Brooke Willard and Phillip Price, Jr.; his great grandchild Wyatt Dale Bailey; and his siblings, Pat Travis of Rolla Missouri, Marie McClusky of Newport, Phyllis Seaton of Jacksonville, Mary Thomas of Heber Springs, Anne Davidson of Floral, Ralph Waller of Jonesboro, Stan Waller of Paragould, Mickey Waller of Cabot and Nicky Waller of Newport. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
