He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Moran and Mabel Moran; his son Billy James Moran; and his sisters, Betty Moran and Elenor Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moran; his children, Penny Standlee (Matt) of Dennard and Wesley Moran (Kym) of Dennard; his grandchildren, Austin Moran (Kaitlin), Isaac Bramlett, Cole Moran, Ashton Moran, Corey Sledge (Cloe), Mason Standlee, Billy Standlee, Reese Standlee and Clay Standlee; his great grandchildren, Remington Moran, Wesley Moran, Creegen Sledge and Chaston Sledge; and his siblings, Wilber Moran, Mildred Lannom of Carlisle, AR and Annabelle Crain of Rogers, AR..
