She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hubert Owens and Rebecca Owens (Kirkpatrick); her husband William "Bill" J. Polca; her children, Brenda S. Henson and Victor J. Henson; her siblings, Hershel H. Owens, James C Owens, Mary J. Bishop and Betty L. Hensley; her grandson James Howard Henson; and her great grandchildren, Kyle William Courville and Haley Morgan Hyatt.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca "Sunshine" McHughes (Robert) of Conway, James Owen Henson and Roger Dale Henson (Melissa) of Clinton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
