He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Felkins and Lena Felkins (King); and his brothers, Vester Felkins and James Felkins. He is survived by: his wife Alice Felkins (Mills); his sons, Brian Vire (Tammy) of Clarksville, Arkansas, Kevin Mills of Fayetteville, Arkansas and William J. Felkins, Jr. (Tangela) of London, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Leya Edwards, Kaitlin Brink, Paige Vire and Dayton Vire; and his great grandchildren, Cameryn Mullins, Elijah Brice and Lorelai Brice.
