He was predeceased by: his parents, Man Dobbs and Suda Maxie Dobbs (Hamilton); his wife Gloria Dobbs (Houston); his son Brucie Dobbs; and his siblings, Jack Dobbs, Magaline Acorn and Frances Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Dobbs and Kim Padelli (Dominic); his grandchildren, Michael Dobbs, Kerri Santino, Danielle Santino, Steven Martin and Kilee Wiegel; and his siblings, Harold Dobbs, Donald Dobbs, Anna Smith, Catherine Worth, Lucy Elms and Etta Houston. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
