He was predeceased by: his father Neil J. Malloy. He is survived by: his children, Ruthie, Aaron Mock of Oregon and Michael Malloy of Tennessee; his siblings, Mike Malloy of Oklahoma, Bruce Malloy of California, Patrick Malloy of New Mexico, Danny Malloy of Arkansas, Diana Beavers of Oklahoma and Molly Shelton of Texas; and his pet Stumpy. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild.
