Proctor of Clarksville, Arkansas, born in Russellville, Arkansas, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Morris and Wanda LoRain Proctor (Allen). He is survived by: his siblings, Tony Proctor (Helen) of Ozone, Arkansas, Terry Keylon (Johnny) of Lamar, Arkansas and Tanyia Ledford (Gary) of Clarksville, Arkansas; and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Proctor, Bo Keylon, Jared Keylon, Jacob Keylon, Shaina Tollison, Kelly Watkins and Nic Snyder.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society or to Needy Paws Animal Shelter.
