He was predeceased by: his parents, Boniface J. Weilert and Elois R. Hayes Deal. He is survived by: his wife Jean M. Weilert; his son Jason Weilert (Nicole) of St. Petersburg, Florida; his stepsons, Lonnie Behrends of Spirit Lake, Iowa, Rondy Behrends (Bronwyn) of Lamar, Arkansas and Todd Behrends (Zinnie) of Marysville, Washington; his daughters, Latisha Weilert (Cole Allaman) of Lakin, Kansas and Nicolle Smith (Eric) of Springfield, Missouri; his stepdaughter Bobbi Moore (Johnny) of Dover, Arkansas; and his siblings, James Hix (Sally) of Peoria, Arizona, Linda McGuffey (Ralph) of Goddard, Kansas, Brenda Evans of Salina, Kansas and Carol Baughman of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel (509 W Main St, Clarksville, AR 72830). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Mt. Airy Cemetery (222 Co Rd 3519, Clarksville, AR 72830).
