He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Pannell and Pauline Lingar Bishop; and his siblings, Melvin Pannell, James Pannell, Donald Pannell and Margaret Pannell.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Pannell (Lewis); his children, Quentin Pannell (Heather), Danielle Huffman (James) and Erika Durkin (James); and his sister Delilah Johnson. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
