He is survived by: his wife Janice Arlene Qualls (Hyder); his children, Duane Qualls (Teresa), Robert L. Qualls (Teresa) and Anna L. Shockley (Herbert); and his sister Shirley Stockton. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
