Rita Gentry Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Gentry of Clarksville, Arkansas, who passed away on July 6, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Pettit and Johnnie Faye Cannon (Fleming); and her husband J. R. Gentry. She is survived by: her children, John Edward Denney (Randi Denney) of Stigler Oklahoma and Shelley Giese (Glenn Giese) of Boise, Idaho; her sisters, Loretta Parkhurst of Dardanelle, Arkansas and Brenda Loyd of Chickalah, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Mallory Lewis, Casey Lewis, Katie Groff, Lindsey Denney, Luke Denney and Britt Thomas. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made to any Veterans' Charity in lieu of flowers.
