He is survived by: his wife Debra Needles; his children, Joseph Needles, Charles Needles (Sarah), Timothy Needles, Kim and Chrystal Hale (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Brian Flood, Gunnar Miller, Desirae Miller and Isabella Needles; his great grandchildren, Sabrina Flood, Edwin Flood and Angel Ware; and his siblings, Joseph Needles and Patricia Detiege.
