He is survived by: his wife LaNelle Baker (Brown); his children, Steven Baker (Melanie) of Oklahoma, Richard Baker, II (Brandy) of California, Kaleb Fitzgerald (April) of Oklahoma, Jonathon Baker of Oklahoma, Bobbie Bullock (Joshua) of Tennessee and Amy Baker of Arkansas; and his friend Lorna Singer. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great grandchild.
