He was predeceased by: his parents, Herron Harmon Storms (HH) and Veda Frost Storms; his wife Gene Storms; his daughters, Brenda Rich and Rita G. Storms; and his siblings, Armil M. Storms, Lee M. Storms, Ancel D. Storms and Velma Storms Taylor. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, one son-in-law, one niece, and four nephews.
