He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lukehart and Irene Carson Lukehart; and his siblings, Kenneth Lukehart (Marcia) and Patrica Ottens. He is survived by: his children, Randy Lee Lukehart of Russellville, Arkansas, Patricia Marriea Lukehart Deshazer of Muskogee and Donna May Lukehart Smith of Texas; and his brothers, Rick Lukehart (Deb) of Iowa and Jerry Lukehart (Karen) of Nebraska. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
