He is survived by: his wife Brooke Jennings of Clarksville; his daughter Elisa Jennings-Stacy (Mitchell) of Cookson, OK; his grandchildren, Blaine Dutchik, Austin Dutchik of Broken Arrow, OK and Abby Dutchik-Callahan of Sallisaw, OK; his great grandchildren, Declan, Ellie, Sutton and Witten; his sister Linda Lea of Harrison, AR; his nephew Dennis Lea (Annie) of Harrison, AR; his niece Suzanne Lea-Bentley (Derek); his brother Mike (Melissa Jennings) of Hot Springs, AR; and his son Oliver Jennings of Fayetteville. He is also survived by ten 2 Step-daughters, 1 step-son.
