He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Bee Gilmer and Janie Hunter Bagley; and his son Richard Lee Gilmer. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sitz Gilmer; his children, Shawn Edward Gilmer, Natalie Ann Holt (Kevin Brown) and Milisa Dawn Woodard (J. T.); his grandchildren, Christopher Gilmer (Haley), Corey Holt (Brandi), Alisha Gilmer, Brittnay Miller, Drew Woodard and Courtney Gilmer; and his great grandchildren, Quintin, Hunter, Chloe, Octavia, Blake and Owen.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel (509 W Main St, Clarksville, AR 72830). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
