It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oshey Higginbotham of Clarksville, Arkansas, born in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Perkins and Oshey Lee Perkins (Dotson); and her sisters, Pat Perkins and Hannah Goats. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Wages (Jennifer) of Knoxville and Cynthia Salinas of Elkins; her grandchildren, Will Wooten (Morgan) of Elkins, Wes Wooten (Taea) of Elkins and Ryan Wages of Huntsville; her great grandchildren, Talon of Elkins, Nolan of Elkins, Collin Wooten of Elkins, Zoey of Elkins and Beau Wooten of Elkins; and her brother Bill Perkins of Clarksville.
