He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sannar Scott; his children, Russell Scott, Brad Scott, Christina Scott, Linda Silva, Alice Hubbell and Rose Garrett; and his siblings, Legrand Scott, Patsy Cole, Rhonda Pope and Dawn Shorey. He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
