He is survived by: his daughters, Terry West (Phil) of Thailand and Anita Gates of Mira Loma, California; and his grandchildren, Christy Utterback (Bob) of Clarksville and Patrick West of London, AR.. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
