She was predeceased by: her parents, James Waldo (Inez) and Ester Waldo (Moyier); and her brother-in-law Steve Hormann. She is survived by: her siblings, Pete Waldo (Carolyn), George Waldo and Linda Holland; her grandson Maddox Redman; her husband Dayne Phillips; her sons, Bobby Phillips (Stephanie) and Bruce Phillips (Cindy); her siblings, Alfred Waldo (Leanne), Gloria Conquest (Jamie) and Erma Hormann; her sister-in-law Betty Waldo; her grandchildren, Devin Phillips (Sarah), Heather Wolf (Tom), Logan Phillips, Lindy Phillips, Lacey Redman (Damon) and Lakyn Holland (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Addison Phillips, Bryar Phillips, Avery Phillips, Quincy Wolf, Rooney Wolf, Landon Collins, Milah Redman, Julius Redman, Lucy Holland, Elaina Redman and Lincoln Holland.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the East Mount Zion Trinity Baptist Church (1572 Co Rd 4400, Clarksville, AR 72830). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
