He is survived by: his mother Dory Edwards (Moore); his wife Sarah Middleton (Bluff); his children, Tru Middleton, Christopher Higgs, Skylar Killough, Aiden Wano, Shayla Middleton and Whitney Higgs; his stepdaughters, Laney Rowbotham and Brookli Eisele; his siblings, Bo Middleton, Todd Middleton, Candis Wright and Cassie Edwards; and his stepfather Bob Edwards. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
