She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Vernon Terry and Helen May Johnson-Terry. She is survived by: her children, Randy Loyd Terry Sr. of Clarksville, Tommy Burdick of Oklahoma and Trudy Burdick of Missouri; her grandsons, Randy Loyd Terry Jr. of Florida and Leroy Eugene Terry of Florida; her close friends, Terry Bunch of Clarksville, Christy Alan of Clarksville and James Tuttle of Clarksville; her pet Scooby; and her caregiver Carrie. She is also survived by her 3 great-grandchildren, the other nurses that cared for her; and extended family and many loyal friends.
