Andrews (Henry); his wife Carrie Pelfrey (Morrow); his daughters, Jamie Lee Anne Hembree, Caroline Grace Pelfrey and Olivia G. Pelfrey; his sister Tara Phebus; and his half-sisters, Jessica Jennifer and Joanna. He is also survived by his two grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
