He was predeceased by: his parents, Lola Baker and William Baker; and his brother Scotty Lynn Baker. He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Lisa" Baker; his children, Ryan Baker (Denise), Owen "Craig" Baker (Fashima), Cassie Coffey and Sara Crabtree (Cade); his granddaughters, Jazlyn Baker, Addison Baker, Ava Baker, Lynna Coffey and Chesney Crabtree; and his family, Loretta Linvell, Virginia Langley and Jim.
Baker held two charitable organizations in high regards, Arkansas Children's Hospital and Rowe-Weatherford Scholarship Memorial Fund, established in honor of Patrick Weatherford, a fallen Newport Police Lieutenant.
