She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Conrado Galvan and Guadalupe Galvan (Martinez); her children, Jerry Edwards (Nikki), Travis Edwards (Theresa), Floyd Edwards, Glenn Edwards, Donna Watson (Bubba), Sissy Baker (Tony), Mary Eddy (Darwin), Connie Eckelhoff (Toreg), Anna Navarro and Cynthia Edwards (Jimmy); her siblings, Richard Galvan, Elva Blanchard, Juanita Yearber, Berta Chadwick, Helen Hern and Mari Galvan; her son Terry Edwards; and her brothers, Danny Galvan and Nieves Galvan. She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
