He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Mitchell and Effie James (Logan); and his siblings, James Van Curen and Joyce Van Curen. He is survived by: his wife Judy James; his daughters, Angela Wilson of Fort Smith and Shelley Freeman (Bobby) of Clarksville; and his grandson Grayson Freeman.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (924 S Crawford St, Clarksville, AR 72830).
