He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Dawkin Wood and Ruby Pastel Wood (Broxton); and his brother Eddie Wood. He is survived by: his wife Linda Joy Wood (Dyess); his children, Stephen Brett Wood (Nicole), Angel Wood Sandstrom (Scott) and Tiffany Anne Wood Gatlin (Jeff); and his siblings, Ashley Wood (Sue), Tommy Wood (Christine), Sam Wood (Barbie), Julian Wood (Jackie), Jeff Wood (Jen), Chad Wood (Amy), Brad Wood, Gwen Byrd, Faye Minahan (Jerry), Jacqueline Earls and Whitney Brechner (Joel). He is also survived by his six grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the New Life Church (130 E Harrell Dr, Russellville, AR 72802).
