He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Russell and Ellen Mae Smith (Warren); his son Charles R. Smith Jr.; and his siblings, Helen M. Stewart, Georgia Christine Smith, William C. Smith and Jimmy L. Smith Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Smith (Payne); his daughter Jennifer Kennedy (Bucky) of Lamar; and his grandchildren, Darien Smith of Lamar and Charles R. Smith.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home (701 S Rogers St, Clarksville, AR 72830).
