She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Rinke and Mildred Griffin Bennett; her husband Walter L. Looper; and her granddaughter Amber K. Plugge. She is survived by: her sons, Gary G. Looper of Apollo Beach, Florida, Terry L. Looper of Apollo Beach, Florida and Christopher R. Looper of Clarksville, Arkansas; and her brother Seth R. Bennett, Jr. of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and her 18 great-grandchildren.
