He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Kenneth" Williams and Edith Jaqueline Williams. He is survived by: his son Charles Williams (Hawaii); his grandchildren, Tony Williams and Nancy Gudalis; his daughter Carol Stephens (Dave); his grandchildren, Chris Asbury, Carrie Cowell and Brandy Stephens; his son Roger Williams (Debra); and his granddaughters, Holly Hough, Melissa Williams and Melissa Dillbeck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins.
