He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Harlan and Ethel Harlan (Morrison); and his siblings, Coy Harlan, Wayne Harlan, Dean Harlan and Wanda Harlan.
He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Harlan and Chad Harlan; his grandchildren, Madagan, Tristan, Cassidy, Natalie and Dean; and his sisters, Wilma Saylors, Naomi Gibson and Donna Graham.
