She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Shain and Bettyann Shain; and her grandparents, Frank, Beatrice Shain, Ed and Irene Kettelhut.
She is survived by: her aunts, Helen Sanders of Clarksville and Leona Ricketts of Clarksville. She is also survived by cousins and many friends.
