Simmons, Jr.; his sisters, Sherry Irons (Gordon) and Darlene Weaver (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Andrew S. Simmons, Alexis Einert (Joshua), Tristen M. Moore (Junior), Dalton L. Simms, Ethan W. Simmons, Natalie E. Simmons, Trevor J. Simmons, Douglass J. Hazel and Jessie J. Hazel. He is also survived by one aunt and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
