With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Christine Fowler (Clarkridge, Arkansas), born in Belvidere, Illinois, who passed away on December 23, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Caswell Holt Sr and Virginia Corlett Holt; her son Keith Fowler; and her siblings, Caswell Holt, Jr., Evelyn Abel, Della Armbruster and Marjorie Masterson.
She is survived by: her pets, Manny and Jack; her husband Vernon; her children, Johnny Fowler (Kim) of Tecumseh and Verna Ussery (Steve) of Clarkridge, AR; her sisters, Connie Campbell (Jim) of Roscoe, IL and Laura Wiegert (Glen) of Pecatonica, IL; and her grandchildren, Abby Duvall (Jacob), Adam Fowler, Alexa Fowler and Holt Ussery. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
