He was predeceased by: his father Norman Carter. He is survived by: his wife Marveloi; his sons, Bryan Carter (Polly) of Mountain Home, Eric Carter (Jenner) of Manhattan, Brandon Carter (Amanda) of Gassville and Ethan Carter of Saginaw, Texas; and his aunts, Velma Strain of Gainesville and Ruby Gilmore of Springfield. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, church family and friends.
