He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stinnett and Martha Stinnett (Suggett); and his siblings, Burl, Lonnie, David, Donald Stinnett and Dorothy Paxton.
He is survived by: his children, William Stinnett and Kimberly Robinson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
