He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Adair Ramsay and Georgetta Burrow Ramsay; and his wife Jan Wilhem Ramsay. He is survived by: his daughter Tera Lehman (Sara) of Paragould, Three; his sisters, Julie Weatherly (Ronnie) of Heber Springs, Sharon Jones (Ray) of Jonesboro and Robbin Patton of Wheatley; and his grandson Ty Lehman (Brenda Hill) of Paragould. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
