She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, James and Ruth Brewer; her grandmother Jean Cox; and her siblings, Johnny Burle Steeland and Rachel Linzie Steeland.
She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Ray Kersey (Beverly) and Mary Ann Boyster-Kersey (Michael); her pets, Ash and Brutus; her husband Alvin Self Jr.; her stepchildren, Sharona Prine, Nicholas Self, Tommy Self (Ava) and Adrianna Self; her grandchildren, Ethan Whitworth, Allison Prine, Aydin Self, Lainey Self, Sophia Raney, Arleigh Self, Hudson Prine and Anakin Self; her grandfather Charles Kersey (Mary); and her siblings, Adrienne Kuna (Garrett), Savanna Mayville (Jimmy), Kayla Kersey (Auggie) and Bryan Kersey (Alana). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
