He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Cullum and Helen Cullum (Barnum); and his niece Brittany Louise Walker. He is survived by: his siblings, Tammie Cullum, Lisa Walker, Ricky Cullum, Harvey Cullum and Wendell Cullum; his nieces, Ruby Cullum and Amberly Patterson; his great-nieces, Brittany and Nevaeh; and his aunt June Cullum. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives, and friends.
