He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebe Perkins and Eula Perkins; and his brother Fennie M. Perkins. He is survived by: his wife BettyE Perkins; his children, Edward G. Perkins (Patricia) of Waskom, TX and Treasa A. Evans (Mike) of El Dorado, AR; his grandchildren, Edward Perkins, Steven Breazeale, Tonya Schoubrock, Misty Rankin, Kristy Kilburn, Ashley Barbo, Danny Perkins and Bobby Perkins; his sister Carol Holsing; and his pet Thomas. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
