He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn L. Cook; and his brother Danny R. Cook. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Cook of Chidester, Arkansas; his children, Kadi Burns of Texarkana and Kodey R. Cook of Chidester, Arkansas; his father Sam R. Cook; and his siblings, Tina Schoonver of Reno and Neil Cook of Dallas, Texas.
