He was predeceased by: his son Samuel Dondi Jeffus. He is survived by: his caregiver Leta Jeffus; his son Doug Chambliss; his daughter-in-law Pam; his daughter Debbie Taylor; his stepdaughters, Sheri Lardizabal, Janice Kraft, Beverly Robertson, Roni Pennington, Lori Turley and Teri Cox-Meadows; and his son-in-law Bryan K. Meadows.
